So I've started to focus a lot more attention on what I'm putting in my body. I've gained some weight over the last 3 years in University, stress, family issues (freshman 15 my ass) and it's now really taking a toll on my self esteem, my mood and life in general. So like everybody else, my New Years resolution was to get in shape, get a healthy lifestyle habit and lose 30lbs+. Already this year, just by drinking more water and cutting down on processed foods, I have lost about 8 pounds, and that was without really trying. I discovered a few things that really work for me, and I'm sticking to it. I can honestly say, I am really working hard at this!

well done you for achieving what you have so far! and welcome to the blogging world! i'm sure you'll find so many people in the same boat as you and it's really motivating to know that other people are going through it too, plus the blogging community are so positive and lovely :)
